Protestors are planning holiday action to thwart an “end run” by developers of a planned trash burn facility in Chieveley, Newbury Today reports.

The Post-Carbon Institue has posted interesting thoughts on waste and sustainability here in a paper by Bill Sheehan and Helen Spiegelman.
